Like you may have heard NECO 2011 GCE registration will be conducted online. You may also have heard that NECO 2011 GCE registration will require a biometric fingerprint scanner. If you do not have a biometric scanner, computer, internet access, or have limited computer skills and will be using a cyber cafe, NECO has released a list of accredited cyber cafes (state by state).
