At NECO Website, you will find a list of Cyber Cafes and Internet Service Operators authorised by NECO to register prospective candidates. If you are planning to Register for the ongoing NECO GCE, it is recommended you use any of the services. Just select your state for a list of approved cyber cafes and internet service operators in your state.
