WAEC Result for May/June 2012 Breakdown

As part of my archiving process I am dumping the breakdown of WAEC 2012 May/June here. Note that this is for 2012 and not 2013. So in case you wish to compare you can use the data below. Note that this was the breakdown as at the time the result was released and may not be the final situation of things thanks.

Here is the breakdown of WAEC May/June 2012 result for Nigeria:
  • Total Candidates that sat for WAEC SSCE 2012: 1,672,224
  • Total WAEC results fully processed: 1,545,004 (91.1%)
  • WAEC results with issues or not fully processed: 150,874 (8.9%)
  • Candidates with 5 credits or more: 952,156 (56.93%)
  • Candidates with 5 credits or more including English & Maths: 649,156 (38.81%)
  • Number of results withheld by WAEC: 122,000 (6.7%)
