Nokia N72 is a fairly old phone. In fact it is no longer being produced by Nokia. I just checked the spec and do not see any flash support which I think YouTube requires. A firmware update would have been appropriate, but a look at the Nokia N72's processing power shows just 200MHz, which simply tells me that it will not be able to cope with latest Nokia software updates. Probably that was why Nokia stopped supporting it.
