Glo Internet not Connecting some numbers not working

I have just noticed that one of my Glo lines is not connecting. While one connects perfectly, the other seems not to work. I wonder if anyone is facing the-same issue?

    This issue has actually been resolved. It happened that my credit balance went to 0 even though by internet bundle was still active. Glo requires that you have a positive, non-zero balance to browse on their network, which is stupid if you ask me. Why should I need to have a balance to use a data bundle I have already paid for?
